They opened their first school in 1991 and now run 54 primary and secondary academies in London and Essex.\nThe contract will be for the provision of outsourced cleaning services across 13 schools and Head Office, across 7 Lots (see section 3.3) including daily cleaning and out of term deep cleaning, for spaces including but not limited to teaching, office, circulation, and rest room spaces.\nNote: The cleaning of the spaces within the schools will need to take into account the Lettings Schedules set out for each school. As a general rule, all sites will require bin liners but they may not all request POU consumables: \nRefer to Attachment 5 Workforce Data for TUPE data \u2013 There is no LGPS according to this data.\nFurther information on the Client\u2019s requirements can be found at Attachment 1a Specification and Attachment 1b Client Data.\nThe Contract period will be for 3 years initially, with the option to extend for two further one-year periods at the discretion of the Client.",
